How to Submit a Request

Send an email to privacy@range-advantage.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and email address associated with our services.
  2. The type of request (access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection).
  3. Any details that help us locate your data (e.g., account identifiers, dates of use).

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for additional information.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. If additional time is needed due to the complexity of your request, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

Authorized Agents

If you wish to make a request through an authorized agent, the agent must provide written and signed permission from you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
